how do i book?
since every product is different each shoot is different, this is why every booking is handled with a phone consultation. you’ll fill out the contact form and i will reach out within 24-48 hours. once we iron out the details, you’ll book your session time and date, pay the setup fee and prepare to ship out your product.
what is a virtual photoshoot?
i have clients from all over the united states but my studio is located in cincinnati, ohio, so i designed a cost effective way to get them the content they need for their brand. we have a phone consultation, you ship me your products, i create the content and send your products back to you, unless you have an ‘Exclusive’ membership. you get to be apart of the whole process from the comfort of your home or office, watch the entire session via video call and be able to engage with the team.
can i come to the studio during my session?
of course. if you are in the cincinnati, ohio area you are more than welcomed to be on-set during your session. Just make sure you select “I will be on set” in the scheduling form.
what type of design should i choose for my brand?
you can’t go wrong with any of the packages but our phone consultation will help you choose what will make your product standout the best. you can also get some ideas for your product on our inspiration page.
what is the turn-around time for edits?
once i have received your products the session will take place 24-48 hours later. immediately after the session you’ll be able to view the images captured. edits take 5-7 business days from the time you select and pay for the edits you want.
for the custom design package where heavy photoshopping and photo manipulation is needed, edits can take 7-14+ days. you will be given a more accurate estimated time during the phone consultation once we know exactly what is needed to produce the desired outcome.
is it possible to have a model for my product?
absolutely. i have an amazing variety of models that i work closely with for brands. rates vary based on how much of the model is seen in the shot, if makeup and hair is needed and how long the model will need to be on set. all of that will be discussed during the phone consultation.

where do i ship my products to?
i would hate to miss any package, so i have all packages held at my post office box so that i can personally pick them up. you should make sure you get a tracking number for your package to make it easy for you to track its location.
